We produce high-precision stainless steel sieve plates using mechanical drilling technology. We can process straight holes, tapered holes, step holes, etc., on various stainless steel materials including 304, 316, 904, 254SMO, 2507, 2205 (1.4462), 201 (1.4372), 2101, and TA1. The minimum aperture is 0.1mm, and the maximum product size is 2600*15000mm. Our products feature uniform hole distribution, with hole position deviation of small holes controlled within 0.05mm and aperture deviation within 0.015mm. The sieve plates have low stress concentration and long service life. The hole wall roughness is 1.6μm, and the smooth hole wall is the key to preventing clogging during the filtration process.

Among our diverse product range, the stainless steel sieve plates with 1mm aperture and 3--4mm plate thickness are our core competitive products, leading the industry in both quality and output. Since 2011, nearly 4,000 pieces of our drilled sieve plates (including 1mm straight holes, 1/1.2mm step holes, and 1/1.4mm step holes) have been operating stably on twin-roll presses, DD washers, squeezers, and screw presses worldwide. They are widely used in pulp and viscose fiber factories. Additionally, we provide various sieve plates with straight holes, tapered holes, and step holes (aperture ranging from 1.2mm to 4mm), as well as sieve drums and screw presses, which are widely applied in pulp mills, food factories, and jam factories.
